Meet John Gillies and Gabrielle Gregorie-Gillies

Welcome to our website! We are the newest Realtors with Carroll Realty, a family owned and run business on the Isle of Palms for 30 years. We are a husband and wife team who bring many years of real estate investing and business experience to our new careers. Becoming Realtors was a natural progression in our love of real estate.

We currently maintain a diverse portfolio, from luxury homes to lots and rental property, as an affirmation in our belief in real estate as a valuable investment. We invest in Isle of Palms real estate as well as Wild Dunes, Sullivan's Island, Awendaw, Mt. Pleasant and the Charleston historic district.

Married for 21 years, we represent both sides of the Mason-Dixon line. John is originally from New York, while Gabbe is a "native" whose Gregorie family goes back to the earliest settlers. After traveling for business and pleasure for many years. we settled back here in the lowcountry. We both agree there is no better place to live!

John is on his third career, having retired as a New York City Police Detective in 1986 and again retired in 2006 as a Senior Vice President of Fidelity National Information Services, a financial services company. We are both free to follow our passion, real estate.
